ORDERS

Since most things are hand made, they are made to order. Depending on the amount of orders that come through from customers, wait times for an item can take 1-2 weeks until they are shipped. After the item is made it is then usually shipped within 2 days of completion.

Orders are fulfilled in the sequence that they are received. This prevents a customer from getting their item pushed back in the production line. This ensures fair and proper treatment of all customers.

SHIPPING
Customers in the UK
We ship via Royal Mail. We select the cheapest option to keep costs down. Within the UK we offer tracking numbers with every order. Rates are calculated according to size and weight of items.

International Customers
We ship via Royal Mail. We select the cheapest tracked parcel option which is unfortunately not the cheapest option, but it's the safest.

PAYMENT
We accept Apple Pay or Debit/Credit Card. Just select your payment option when you checkout.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. However, if there is a malfunction or failure that occurs, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange upon return receipt and complete product inspection.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Since all leather hides are different, not all products will look the same. That is the beauty of leather. Each item is unique in its own way.

If a leather is not available at the time, another leather can be suggested that is similar. Availability of leather varies depending on demand and supply. Leathers can sometimes take weeks to be delivered to us.
